ESTABLISHMENT

Borrowed Time Bureau LLC was established in Dallas, Texas in 2026 as the parent company of the photographic and educational work of Perry Hall.

PURPOSE

Every moment is on borrowed time. The Bureau exists to document them before they expire.

FOUNDER

Perry Hall is a documentary and editorial photographer with more than twelve years of experience. He taught himself photography in Rome in 2014 and worked in Italy for a decade before basing in Dallas. He co-founded Daylight School, a bilingual photography school in Rome specializing in street and documentary work, and has taught workshops in Rome, Rio, Brussels, and Athens. His work has been published in The New Yorker and has been exhibited internationally.
